Arena on your phone

The supervisor console, results report and agent panel work on a phone, and they install as an app so they open full screen from the home screen with the stack's own icon. Nothing to download from a store, and the same sign-in as on a desktop.

Install on iPhone or iPad

1. Open the console's address in Safari and sign in.
2. Tap the share button, then Add to Home Screen, then Add.
3. Open Arena from the home screen. It runs full screen, with the ◐ button for light or dark and the same Brand, People and Data buttons as on a desktop.

Install on Android

1. Open the console's address in Chrome and sign in.
2. Tap the menu, then Install app or Add to Home screen.

What works offline

The pages themselves open without a connection, so the app never shows a blank screen. Live numbers need the network: when the API cannot be reached the page says so and keeps the last figures it showed until the connection returns.

For supervisors on the floor

The console on a phone keeps the stats, flags, challenges, reward approvals, kudos feed and coaching plans in one column. The leaderboard scrolls sideways. Approving a reward, ending a challenge, starting a suggested one or saving a brand works exactly as on a desktop.

Updates

The app picks up a new version the next time it is opened with a connection; no reinstall is needed.
