Privacy policy
Effective October 3, 2026
Arena for Amazon Connect runs inside your own AWS account. EKPK LLC, the company that makes Arena, does not receive, store or have access to your agent data, your contact data or your customers' data.
Who we are
Arena for Amazon Connect ("Arena") is a product of EKPK LLC ("we", "us"). Questions about this policy go to [email protected].
Data that stays in your AWS account
Arena is deployed as a CloudFormation stack in an AWS account you own and control. The following is processed and stored only there, in the region you choose:
- Agent identifiers, names and routing profile from Amazon Connect agent events.
- Agent status changes and handled-contact metadata such as channel, queue and handle time.
- Contact Lens evaluation scores, if you enable that feature.
- Points, streaks, badges, challenges, reward requests and kudos messages created in Arena.
- Sign-in accounts in the Amazon Cognito user pool the stack creates.
Arena does not read contact recordings, transcripts or the content of customer conversations. You are the controller of the data in your account. You can delete one agent's data with the built-in deletion tool, and deleting the stack removes all of it. We have no access to any of it.
Data we receive
AWS Marketplace may also share buyer account details with us under its own terms, such as company name and billing address, for invoicing and tax purposes.
This website
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. The demo pages run on simulated data entirely in your browser. Our hosting providers, GitHub and Cloudflare, keep standard server logs that include IP addresses, under their own privacy policies.
How we use and share data
We use the data we receive only to provide the subscription, bill for it through AWS Marketplace, and support you. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising. We share it only with the service providers that operate our systems, namely Amazon Web Services for the registration service and our email provider for support mail, or when the law requires it.
Retention
We keep subscription records for as long as your subscription is active and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting rules require. We keep support correspondence for up to two years. You can ask us to delete support correspondence sooner.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to object to how we use it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. Agents who want their Arena data removed should ask their employer, who controls that data.
Security
Data in your account is encrypted at rest and in transit by the AWS services Arena uses, and every Arena function runs with a narrowly scoped role. Our registration service stores subscription records in an encrypted database in our AWS account.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above and post the new version here. For material changes we will also notify active subscribers by email where we have an address.
